Furthermore included in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
